At Bayou Welding Works, process is as important as equipment for Multi-Jointing Projects. BWW utilizes the AMI automatic TIG process for the root pass and hot pass for SCR welding. Our AMI machines also have narrow groove capacity. The fill passes and cap are performed with the submerged arc process. A combination of TIG, semi-automatic MIG and sub-arc is used for flow-line specifications. Our experienced staff is now qualified in multiple flow-line welding procedures used in production and examined by AUT. We also have SCR procedures that comply with SCR AUT and SCR CTOD criteria ready for your next project. |
